Goal:
To completely erase the Palestinian issue by recognizing the Zionist regime’s sovereignty over Jerusalem and the west Bank, and ending the right of return for Palestinian refugees.
Outcome:
Firmly rejected by Palestinians and regional countries, weakening U.S.
credibility and resulting in implementation failure.
