What was the result of Khoshtaria concession?
In order to expedite the signing of the agreement, Khoshtaria paid bribe to the Iranian government, but the Minister of Culture at the time presented his share to his ministry. This is what revealed the secret concession.
And because according to Article 24 of the Constitution, the National Assembly must approve all concessions, and because the Council was suspended, the Ministry of Public Benefits announced the abolition of the concession on May 23, 1918.
